Returns:

• You may return or receive credit for any unwashed, unused, and in original packaging (if applicable) items within 14 days of original purchase date for a full refund (less shipping).
• Please include a printed receipt from your email.
• If free shipping was applied to the order, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from the purchase price.
• Exchanges are acceptable, but exclusions apply.
• Usually returns are handled within a couple of days of us receiving them but please do allow up to 2 weeks for processing. Refunds will occur after the item has been received at Crackerjack’s Underpants.

Shipping:

• All items should be in stock and will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Most orders are shipped the same day order is placed!
• You will be contacted if any items are out of stock and given an option of how you would like it handled.
• All orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped USPS First Class, Priority Mail, or UPS Ground depending on the weight.
• You should receive your order within 1-5 business days but please allow up to 14 days for delivery (USPS will not track orders until 14 business days have past).

• Domestic shipping costs are as follows:

• $1 -$75 standard shipping cost $8
• All orders over $75 are free shipping
• Local pickup is available and is free!

International, HI, AK and APO Shipping:

Crackerjack's Underpants ships via the US Postal Service(USPS) your choice of International First Class, International Priority or International Express to international addresses at cost to the customer.
• Free Shipping does not apply to international orders or orders going to HI, AK and APO addresses.
• Actual shipping will be calculated after the order is placed. Additional shipping charges may apply or charges may be refunded. All international, HI, AK, and APO address will have an insurance option for an additional fee - if you choose not to insure it is at the customers discretion and the customer is responsible if the package is lost or damaged in transit. The quoted delivery times are business days and do not take into account any delays caused by customs.
• Shipping prices do not take into account any duties that may or may not be due upon receipt and these fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
